Using an AI assistant to turn a portal file into a review report

AI assistants are fast and useful for many tasks. Before one reads a client's portal file and writes their review report, it helps to know what happens to the data.

Where client data goes

Cloud AI assistants send the page content to the provider's servers to process it. That puts your client's personal information with a third party. SnapEE reads the portal page in your browser, encrypts what it reads there, and sends no client data anywhere.

Client consent

Sharing a client's information with an AI provider may need your client's informed consent, and may need to be covered in your client agreement. With SnapEE there is no third party involved, so there is nothing to disclose about where the file goes.

What your client approves

An AI writes its own summary, which can reword or miss a detail. SnapEE copies every field the way the portal shows it, the same way every time, so your client approves what is actually in the file.

It only reads

SnapEE can't click, type or save anything in the portal, so a profile can't be changed by accident.
