Refund policy

Try before you buy

Every licence starts with a free 30-day trial that has every feature, so you can use SnapEE on real work before you pay.

If SnapEE does not work as described

Contact support. We will have up to 14 days from your report to fix it, or up to 45 days where the cause is a change to an IRCC portal that we are working on. If we cannot restore it, we will refund the unused full months of your annual licence, based on the amount you actually paid. We will also refund a duplicate or mistaken charge. We may refund more at our discretion.

What is not refunded

Refunds are not due for a change of mind, or where we suspend or end a licence for misuse. If you cancel, no refund is due for the current period, and your licence keeps working until it ends.

Renewing and cancelling

An annual licence renews automatically each year at the price you first paid, while it keeps renewing without a break. To cancel, write to support@snapee.ca. Your licence then runs until its end date and does not renew.
