Help / Reports
What Needs attention means
The Needs attention list on the first page shows things worth raising with your client before anything is submitted.
Gaps in histories
SnapEE looks at address history and personal activities. If a person has days with no address, or a month with nothing recorded, the report says so, with the dates and which entries it falls between. For example: "3 days with no address, between #1 and #2".
Sections that looked incomplete
If a section looked incomplete when it was read, the report says so.
Forms that were not captured
If the checklist lists a form that SnapEE does not read, the report names it: "<name>, <form> was not captured. SnapEE does not read this item." Nothing is left out quietly.
A gap is not necessarily a mistake. The list only points you to places to check against the portal and with your client.
