Enter your key and use more than one computer

Enter your key

In the SnapEE popup, choose Enter licence key and paste the key. A key looks like SNAP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Your browser will ask to let SnapEE contact the licence server. Choose Allow.

How many computers

A licence covers up to 3 browsers or devices, for one representative. Each browser that checks in takes one place.

When all places are in use

SnapEE says all the browsers or devices on the licence are in use. On a browser you no longer need, open SnapEE, choose Settings, then choose Release this computer. Then, on the browser you want to use, click Check licence now or enter your key again.

Removing the extension does not free a place. If you can no longer open one of the browsers, write to support@snapee.ca and we will free it.
