Buy, renew or cancel

Buy

Buying starts inside the extension, so your payment reaches the licence you are using.

1. Open SnapEE. While your trial runs, Buy a licence is a link at the bottom of the popup. Once the trial has ended, it is a button.
2. Pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout page. Taxes are added from your location.
3. Return to SnapEE. It says "Checking your purchase..." and then "Thank you. Your annual pass is active." If it does not show straight away, click Check licence now.

If you bought and nothing has changed after ten minutes, write to support@snapee.ca from the email address you used to buy. Never send card details.

Renewal

An annual licence renews automatically each year. The renewal price is the price you first paid, while your licence keeps renewing without a break. If your licence has ended, SnapEE shows a Renew button.

Cancel

Write to support@snapee.ca. Your licence then runs until its end date and does not renew.
